By using Velorium ('the service') you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Velorium is a lifestyle intelligence platform. Information published on Velorium — including jurisdiction profiles, indices, briefings and Compass output — is editorial in nature and is not legal, tax, immigration, financial or medical advice.

You should consult appropriately-qualified professionals before making any decisions affecting your residency, taxation, citizenship, capital structure or wellbeing based on Velorium content.

Access to Velorium is by invitation. Membership is non-transferable. We may revoke membership for serious breach of these terms or of our community standards.

You will not scrape, redistribute, or train models on Velorium content. You will not use Velorium to facilitate sanctions evasion, money laundering, or other unlawful activity.

You will not impersonate other members, share account credentials, or breach the privacy of other members in any way.

All editorial content on Velorium — including Frequencies dispatches, indices, the Atlas database and Compass interface — is the property of Velorium Ltd. or its contributors. Excerpts and citations with attribution are encouraged; bulk republication is not.

Velorium provides the service 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties, conditions and other terms not expressly set out here, and our liability for losses arising in connection with the service is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the relevant claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
