Council is the invitation-only network layer of Velorium — operators, qualified advisors, and members who are designing serious lives across more than one place. Opens late 2026.
Council exists to make the right introductions: a lawyer in Lisbon who has actually navigated the program your family is considering, the family-office accountant in Singapore worth talking to before the move, the school you would not otherwise hear about from public listings.
Members and advisors are vetted carefully. Council is for people building their lives across borders intentionally and lawfully — not for anything else. The value is in the seriousness of the room.
