What we collect

Account information you provide — your name, email, professional context, and the jurisdictions, programs and lifestyle preferences you choose to share with the platform.

Usage information — which surfaces you visit, what you search, what you save. We use this to make Velorium more useful to you, not to characterise you to third parties.

Content you create — Atlas watchlists, Compass conversations, Journal entries. Journal entries are encrypted at rest with keys held by you; Velorium cannot read them without explicit access.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data. We do not sell your interest in a country to a country.

We do not run third-party advertising on Velorium. We do not place pixels or trackers from advertising networks on logged-in surfaces.

We do not train foundation models on your private content. Compass conversations and Journal entries are excluded from any model improvement work.

Sharing

We share data with named subprocessors under contractual obligations: our hosting provider, our authentication provider, our email provider, our analytics provider, our payment processor, and our model providers for the Compass advisor. The current list is available on request.

We respond to lawful and properly-served legal process. We do not respond to informal information requests from law enforcement or other parties.

Your rights

You can export your account data at any time. You can delete your account at any time; we honour deletion within thirty days.

If you are a resident of the EU/EEA, the UK, California, or another jurisdiction with data-protection law, you have additional rights under those laws. Contact privacy@velorium.com to exercise them.
